The missed call.
You're with a customer. The next one reaches voicemail.
AI FRONT DESK FOR HOME-SERVICE BUSINESSES
You're on the job. Your next customer is on the phone. Bridge answers, follows up, and books the appointment — without another thing on your to-do list.
Free 30-minute fit check. A real plan, not a pitch deck.
01 / WHERE CUSTOMER OPPORTUNITIES GET LOST
You don't need more tabs to check.
You need the next step to happen.
You're with a customer. The next one reaches voicemail.
A web inquiry arrives at 8 PM. Someone sees it tomorrow.
Old estimates and past customers sit in a spreadsheet.
The job goes well. The review request never gets sent.
02 / TRY A CUSTOMER CONVERSATION
Choose a situation and tap a customer reply. See the conversation on the phone and the business actions beside it.
Enable JavaScript to try the conversation. No real messages or bookings are made.
WHAT HAPPENS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Your crew is on a job. A new customer gets voicemail. Choose what happens next.
Try more than the happy path. Ask about pricing, request a person, or say “not now.” The next step should fit the customer.
Scripted demo. No calls, texts, or bookings are made. The business, customer details, prices, and availability are fictional.
REAL SCENARIOS. EXAMPLE DATA.Your live system is configured around your services, approved answers, calendar, follow-up permissions, and human handoff rules.
03 / THE BRIDGE EFFECT
Connect your phone, customer records, forms, and calendar. Information moves between your tools instead of someone copying it by hand.
The inquiry, customer record, appointment, and follow-up stay connected.
Example stack. Connections depend on your tools and the agreed scope. Product marks identify tools, not endorsements.
04 / MAKE IT YOUR NUMBERS
Not a sales forecast. Just a way to put
your own assumptions on the table.
An illustration, not a promise of recovery. This is revenue, not profit. Some missed callers may return, be repeat callers, or not be a good fit.
Missed calls per week × (52 ÷ 12) × the percentage that would book and pay × average revenue per job. Annual estimate = unrounded monthly estimate × 12. Starting values are illustrative. No industry averages or client results are implied.
05 / ONE FRONT DESK. THE WHOLE HANDOFF.
Call handling, customer follow-up, scheduling, and connected records. We set up and manage the workflows agreed in your scope.
From the first ring to the next review.
Installed around the way your business works.
After-hours or overflow coverage, with clear handoff rules.
Missed-call recovery and web inquiry follow-up.
Qualification, scheduling, and a connected customer record.
Reminders, review requests, and visibility for your team.
Have a list of past customers or open estimates? Ask about a focused reactivation pilot before adding more ad spend.
Founding-client terms and eligibility are agreed in writing. No automated outreach starts without an approved scope.
Maintenance reminders, referrals, and win-back campaigns can follow once your front desk is working.
A systems map, prioritized roadmap, and implementation estimate for more complex operations.
06 / LESS LIFT FOR YOUR TEAM
You bring the business knowledge.
We handle the build.
A free 30-minute fit check. Map your calls, follow-up, and tools. Choose one measurable starting point.
YOUR BUSINESS, UNDERSTOODApprove your answers, service areas, booking rules, and handoffs. We connect the tools in scope.
YOUR RULES, BUILT INWalk through real scenarios before switching on. Calls and web can launch before approved messaging.
NO BLIND SWITCH-ONReview the handoffs, tune the responses, and track the next steps. Expand when the basics work.
MANAGED, NOT ABANDONEDLaunch timing is confirmed after the access and scope review. SMS and review-message workflows wait for required approvals.

MEET THE PERSON BEHIND BRIDGE
I've spent 12+ years managing business-critical manufacturing systems. Bridge brings that same care to smaller businesses: understand the workflow, test the connections, and stay accountable after launch.

BUILT FOR THE REAL WORLD
Approved services, service areas, and booking rules — configured before launch.
Unclear requests, complaints, and sensitive conversations get a defined handoff.
See the inquiry, the action, and the next step. A clear record for your team.
07 / BEFORE YOU ASK
The goal is fewer things to manage.
Not a new set of headaches.
Usually not. We review your current phone setup and agree on forwarding or overflow routing, so customers can keep calling the number they know. Compatibility is confirmed during scoping.
Not by default. We look at the tools you already use and connect what the agreed workflow needs. When a tool cannot support the connection, we explain the options before quoting. No CRM yet? We can include setup in the scope.
We configure approved information, test common scenarios, and define when to hand off to a person. We review and tune the workflow after launch. AI is not infallible, and it is not an emergency service.
No. The demo on this page is a scripted, interactive example. It shows the customer journey without placing calls, sending texts, or booking anything. Your actual workflow is scoped, connected, and tested separately.
The Front Desk has an installation fee and ongoing management. The quote depends on your channels, call or message volume, integrations, and support needs. You'll see the scope, pricing, usage allowances, and any third-party fees before committing. More complex projects can start with the $995 Automation Blueprint.
We confirm the required registrations, permissions, and campaign approvals first. Messaging launches after those are ready. Calls and website workflows can be planned separately so one channel does not hold up everything.
You'll help us understand the workflow, provide access, approve business rules, and test the handoffs. We handle the implementation. The exact setup and review commitments are included in your scope.
Yes. Bridge also scopes CRM automation, reporting, internal handoffs, and more complex integrations. Start with a fit check or the Automation Blueprint to separate the highest-value work from the nice-to-haves.
